Terri, as a 23 year trial attorney, has extensive legal background and training handling large or small litigated matters. Based on a wealth of litigation and trial room experience, she has tried cases involving the following:

Terri is responsible for and oversees all phases of litigated matters, including pre-trial procedures, preparation of legal documents, conducting depositions, interviewing experts and witnesses, conducting all phases of discovery, representing clients at hearings and trials, mediation and responding to and defending claims against the Estate. Terri has handled litigated matters including jury trials in Statutory Probate Courts, County Court at Law Courts, as well as numerous District Courts all across the state of Texas.
